We adhere to consumer rights laws and regulations, ensuring a customer-friendly return process. If something isn't quite right, you have 14 days to send it back to us. Given the specialized nature of our silver, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been used or altered.
Non-Refundable Situations:
At KWEISILVER, we strive to deliver the highest quality. However, please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:
- Used products
- Returns initiated after the 14-day period
- Contaminated or altered products
- Damage due to improper storage

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. All returns are subject to inspection. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
